***Students are not allowed to to take AR tests at home. Parents may use their log in to see how their child is doing on tests and their progress towards their goal.
***Students need to make an 85% or above on AR tests. At the end of the 9 weeks, their average will be entered as a daily grade in the gradebook.
***Students have a 9 week AR goal. Students will receive a reward for reaching this goal and the percentage of the goal they received will be entered as a daily grade in the gradebook.
***Students are given individual reading level ranges. They must choose a book within that range to read in order to be able to take an AR Test on that book.

Reading Logs go home on Mondays and are returned the next Monday. Students are expected to work on them as they read throughout the week.Please have your child keep his Reading Log in his folder at all times unless he is working on it. We do spot checks to make sure they are working on them throughout the week!
